Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (Parker Super O-Lube recommended)
on threads before assembly. Use 27mm combination wrench for secure
tightening without damaging the hex surfaces. Perform pressure test
at 0.5MPa before full operation.
Compatibility note:
Not suitable for steam applications. When used with PTFE tubing,
install support sleeve (AS-1216S) to prevent tube ovalization under
high vibration.
