Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (grade B89M).
Tighten to 25-30N·m torque using backup wrench on hex flats.
Avoid overtightening which may distort NBR seals.
Perform pressure test at 1.8MPa after installation.
