The AirTAC GFR300C08AC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08AC1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without operator attention, a 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the gripper and clamp circuits of a robotic welding cell, where the 40 um element protects the valves and the MPa gauge lets the setter hold the clamp pressure.
Supplying the seal and eject cylinders on a carton-sealing conveyor line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valves during long unattended shifts.
A filtered, regulated drop at an assembly press station: the built-in check valve holds the set pressure if the main supply dips, and the round gauge gives the operator a clear setpoint.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 1/4-3/8 in, 400 for 1/2 in, and 600 for 3/4-1 in, moving up a size when demand is high. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, manual where you want controlled purging, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; brackets are optional across the family and included here. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries code A: an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The same GFR300 body can be ordered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (no code) if your maintenance routine prefers it.
