The AirTAC GFR300C08AF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08AF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body, sized for a 1/4 in NPT port. This configuration carries the 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), an automatic drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve (code K) and the mounting bracket. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this size 300 unit is polycarbonate; only size 600 uses an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, ordered with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT as standard; G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic clamps on a machining centre fixture: the 5 um element protects the clamp cylinder and control valve, and the square psi gauge gives the setter a direct setpoint readout at the machine.
Regulated supply to the seal, fold and push cylinders on a carton sealing or labelling line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from the bowl so operators are not doing a daily manual blowdown.
Clean, regulated air to grippers and small actuators on a robotic pick-and-place station, with the fitted reverse valve and included bracket making the panel build straightforward.
Choose the size by port and duty: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, and the two port digits decode as 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in, 15 = 1/2 in, 20 = 3/4 in, 25 = 1 in. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (default), automatic (as on this model) or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with W; gauge scale is MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; the bracket can be deleted with J.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 1/4 in NPT, 5 um, automatic-drain configuration on request.
The GFR standard element is 40 um; the W code selects the 5 um element for finer particulate removal where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. This model is ordered with the 5 um grade, and both grades remain available across the GFR range if you need a second unit elsewhere on the same supply.
