The AirTAC GFR300C08AJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08AJF1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate down to 40 um and regulates downstream pressure over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is built for a 1/4 in NPT port, has an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and no mounting bracket. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter grade (code W), psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, a reverse/check valve, and G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the cylinder and the MPa gauge lets the operator set working pressure at a glance.
Conditioning the air supply to packaging machinery - sealers, diverters and conveyor stop gates - where clean, dry air at a stable setpoint keeps cycle behaviour consistent through a shift.
Protecting air-operated valves and pilot circuits on a process skid: the 40 um element stops particulate reaching the pilot stage while the regulator holds the signal pressure the panel was designed around.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port (here 1/4 in NPT) against the flow your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: this unit has an automatic drain, which suits unattended duty; manual and differential-pressure drains are available on other codes. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is required. The embedded square gauge is fitted here in MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge can be specified. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. Bracket is not fitted on this code but is available. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The A in the code means the bowl drains collected condensate automatically, which suits installations that run unattended. The GFR300 is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure (default) drain - note the regulation range differs by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for manual drain.
