The AirTAC GFR300C08ALF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08ALF2K is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces pressure to your set point in a single body. This size 300 unit has PT1/4 (1/4 in) ports, a metal bowl with automatic drain, and a 40 um standard filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type, a square gauge with a psi scale is embedded in the body, a reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) elements, G or NPT thread options, and a choice of gauge scales. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying fixture clamps on a machining cell that hold at a reduced set pressure below the main line pressure, with the fitted check valve helping hold the downstream setting against supply dips.
Feeding the pick-and-place and sealing cylinders of a packaging line, where the filter section keeps water and debris out of the valves and the regulator sets the gentler pressure the cylinders need.
Conditioning the air at a bench drop feeding analytical instruments and small pneumatic tools, with the automatic drain clearing collected condensate without daily manual attention.
Choose the size and port by the flow your line needs: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, and this unit sits at PT1/4 (1/4 in). Because flow is published as curves rather than one rating, send us your air demand and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order. The remaining choices are all decodable from the code: drain type (this one is automatic; manual and differential-pressure are the alternatives), element grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (this gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales are options), thread (PT standard here, G and NPT orderable), the low-pressure regulator type fitted on this unit, and the reverse/check valve (K) already included. A mounting bracket is supplied.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's air demand and set pressure and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The automatic drain (code A) expels collected condensate from the bowl without you having to open it, which suits points that are hard to reach or run unattended. The GFR family is also available with manual or differential-pressure drains if you prefer a different arrangement.
