The AirTAC GFR300C08ALF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one 300-size unit both conditions the air and sets the working pressure for everything downstream of it. This configuration, GFR300C08ALF3WTK, is built around a 1/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and the low-pressure regulator type. An embedded square gauge with a bar scale is fitted, a reverse (check) valve is included, the bowl is metal, and the unit comes with a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding cylinder-driven sealing and carton-forming stations on a packaging line, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long unattended shifts and the bar gauge giving operators a local pressure reading.
Supplying low-pressure air to pneumatic actuators and sample-handling cylinders on a laboratory or pilot-plant skid, where the low-pressure regulator type and the 5 um element suit sensitive downstream components.
Regulating filtered air to diverter and stopper stations along a distribution-centre conveyor, with the fitted check valve holding the set circuit against back-flow and the automatic drain keeping the bowl clear.
Choose the size and port by the air demand of the circuit: 300 is the mid size here with a 1/4 in NPT port, and larger sizes in the family carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real decision: this unit has an automatic drain, which suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations, while manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the range. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer option against the 40 um standard - pick it where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) are selectable, and a bracket is included. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type and its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet - we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - port size, working pressure and air demand - and we will confirm the relevant datasheet figures for this 1/4 in NPT unit before you order.
The 5 um element (code W) is the finer of the two published grades, against the 40 um standard, so it suits circuits with sensitive valves and cylinders. The automatic drain ejects collected condensate on its own, which suits installations that run unattended; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the range.
