The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08ALJC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is a 1/4 in NPT ported unit with a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain and a metal bowl, so condensate and particulate are removed before the air reaches the regulator. It is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with an external round gauge reading in bar and a reverse (check) valve, and it does not include a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, G and NPT thread options, and bracket fitting. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the heat-seal jaw cylinders on a bagging machine, with the 5 um element keeping moisture and debris out of the valve train.
Supplies low-pressure regulated air to diverter gate actuators along a sorting conveyor, with the check valve holding the circuit if the upstream supply dips.
Conditions bench air for test-rig clamps and light pneumatic fixtures where a lower set pressure and fine 5 um filtration are wanted.
The decodable choices in this family are: size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in) stepped against the flow your circuit needs; drain type (differential-pressure standard, automatic or manual); filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W, as fitted here); gauge style and scale (embedded square as standard, external round optional, in MPa, psi or bar); thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order); and bracket (included by default, omitted with code J as here). The regulator in this unit is the low-pressure type, so ask us to confirm its adjustment range. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check the sizing against your requirement before you order.
The C3 code in this model specifies an external round gauge with a bar scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered; tell us which scale you prefer when ordering.
