The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: air passes through a drain bowl that removes water and particulate, then through an integral regulator that sets downstream pressure. This unit, GFR300C08ALJF3TK, is the size 300 body with 1/4 in NPT ports, a metal bowl with automatic drain, a 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge reading in bar is fitted, a reverse/check valve is included, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the pilot-air supply to pneumatically actuated process valves on a process line: the bowl strips water and particulate before they reach the pilot ports, while the low-pressure regulator holds a steady signal pressure to the actuators.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to cylinders and grippers on a packaging or cartoning line, where the automatic drain handles condensate build-up during continuous shifts without an operator having to bleed the bowl.
Feeding bench-top test rigs and laboratory pneumatic circuits that run at reduced pressure, where the low-pressure regulator type, 40 um filtration and a bar-scale gauge keep the supply clean, stable and easy to read.
When choosing within GFR300, the real decisions are decodable from the code: port size (here 1/4 in NPT) should match your piping and the flow your line needs; drain type (this unit: automatic, which removes condensate without manual attention - manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives); filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W for finer particulate); gauge style and scale (this unit: embedded square gauge, bar scale, with an external round gauge available as an option); and thread family (PT is the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT). The low-pressure regulator type (L) and the fitted reverse/check valve (K) are also code-visible choices, and this configuration carries no mounting bracket.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your application - port size, upstream pressure and the flow your equipment needs - and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
The automatic drain (code A) removes collected condensate from the bowl without manual bleeding; manual and differential-pressure drains are the other options in the family. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request. This unit also carries a reverse/check valve (K) and a square gauge reading in bar.
