The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJNT is a size 300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is tapped 1/4 in NPT, carries a 40 um standard filter element, and drains its metal bowl automatically, so collected condensate is expelled without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type and no gauge is fitted, no mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is installed. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is offered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge and thread form. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and fixtures on a light-assembly cell where the process calls for a low regulated supply; the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the circuit between shifts.
Mounted at the point of use on a coating or spray line to remove water and particles ahead of the applicator while holding a low, steady regulated pressure to the gun circuit.
Provides clean, regulated air to actuated diverters and seal cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element protecting downstream valves from grit and condensed water.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a 1/4 in NPT thread; if your line needs more or less flow capacity, step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and match the port (1/8 in to 1 in). Because the regulator here is the low-pressure type, confirm the adjustment range suits your setpoint before ordering - the exact range is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to verify it. Other decodable choices: drain type (this unit is automatic; manual and differential-pressure versions exist), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), a gauge option with square or round dial and MPa/psi/bar scales, thread form (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options, as fitted here), and whether a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request before you order.
This code (gauge position N) is supplied without a gauge, and the regulator is the low-pressure type. GFR units can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - ask us to quote the gauge-equipped variant if you want a local pressure readout at the unit.
