The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08ALJNTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is built for 1/4 in NPT ports, drains condensate automatically, filters to the standard 40 um grade and is the low-pressure regulator type. A reverse (check) valve is fitted to help hold downstream pressure if the supply drops, and the unit comes without a gauge or mounting bracket. The bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for manual or differential-pressure draining, a 5 um element (code W), gauges, brackets and G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Weld-cell clamp cylinders need steady, reduced-pressure air and must not relax if the supply dips. The fitted check valve helps hold the downstream side, the low-pressure regulator type suits clamp circuits that run at reduced settings, and the automatic drain keeps compressor condensate out of the valves.
Air knives and blow-off nozzles over rinser and filler decks need clean, dry-ish air at a gentle, stable pressure so labels and empty bottles are not damaged. The 40 um element strips water and particulate, the automatic drain copes with humid bottling-hall air, and the regulator sets a low working pressure.
Conveyor diverters, stop gates and small packaging actuators often run at reduced pressures where a standard regulator setting is too high. This unit filters the supply to 40 um to protect cylinders and directional valves, regulates it down, and the check valve helps the actuators hold position through brief supply drops.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: this size 300 unit carries a 1/4 in NPT port, and the larger 400 and 600 sizes move more air at bigger ports - match the step to your line's demand and ask us to check the flow curve before ordering. This unit pairs an automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate without manual attention, with the standard 40 um element; the 5 um W grade is available if finer filtration is needed. It is the low-pressure regulator type, and the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published, so confirm it with us if your set pressure is critical. No gauge is fitted, though gauge options exist across the family if you want a local reading. The thread here is NPT (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and no mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - supply pressure, set pressure and the devices you are feeding - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve before you order.
The low-pressure regulator type is intended for circuits that run at reduced pressures; the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published on our sheet, so please confirm your set pressure with us. The automatic drain discharges collected condensate on its own, so the bowl does not need manual bleeding - manual-drain and differential-pressure-drain versions exist in the family if you prefer a different arrangement.
