The AirTAC GFR300C08ALJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08ALJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type (its exact adjustment range is not published - we confirm it on request). A built-in check valve (code K) is fitted, no gauge is supplied (code N), and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the family include manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, gauge choices and PT or G (BSPP) threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application - we supply the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies clean, moisture-reduced and pressure-regulated air to clamping cylinders on a machining fixture, holding workpieces steady through the cycle while the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the circuit.
Conditions the air feeding gripper and slide actuators on a robotic pick-and-place cell, filtering particles that would score seals and regulating supply pressure to the handling circuit.
Feeds filtered, regulated air to the diverters, pushers and stopper cylinders on a bottling or packaging conveyor line, with the check valve helping prevent backflow through the unit.
Within GFR300, the 1/4 in NPT port sets the connection; step up or down a size (200/300/400/600) when your air demand calls for a larger or smaller port - we confirm sizing against the flow curves before you order. Drain choices are automatic (fitted here), manual, or differential-pressure; element grade is 5 um here versus the 40 um standard. Gauge and scale choices apply to codes ordered with a gauge, which this one omits. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) available to order; a bracket can be included or omitted (J). If one body is not enough, the GFC two-unit set and the GC three-unit F.R.L. set add lubrication.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request and check the sizing against your demand before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted to this unit; elsewhere in the GFR family you can order an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales. The K means a built-in check valve is fitted, which prevents backflow through the unit.
