The AirTAC GFR300C08F2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in PT, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08F2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 40 um and regulates downstream pressure across a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range. This configuration is built on a 1/4 in PT port, uses the differential-pressure drain as standard, carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and includes a reverse/check valve plus a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, psi, MPa or bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaned and regulated air for a directional-valve manifold on an assembly station: the 40 um element protects spool clearances from particulate and water while the regulator holds a steady set pressure to the solenoid valves.
Feeding stopper, gate and pusher cylinders along a packaging conveyor line, where the check valve holds the circuit pressure if the upstream supply drops and the psi gauge lets operators verify the set point at a glance.
A point-of-use filter regulator at a machine-tool air drop, conditioning the supply before air bearings, clamps or purge lines, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate during normal through-flow.
Size 300 on a 1/4 in PT port suits lines where the required flow sits in the mid range of the GFR family; step up to size 400 or 600, or down to 200, according to the flow curve for your consumption. The 40 um standard element is right for general plant air; choose the 5 um (W) grade where downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection. The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through; an automatic (A) or manual (M) drain can be ordered instead. The fitted square gauge is scaled in psi, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. A bracket is included, and the fitted check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. This unit also uses the differential-pressure drain as standard: condensate collected in the bowl is bled off automatically by the pressure differential during normal flow, with no manual draining needed on a routine cycle.
