The AirTAC GFR300C08F2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 with Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08F2T is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain (the default drain option), a round pressure gauge reading in psi, the standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and a mounting bracket. No reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the standard PT, a low-pressure type, and a check-valve variant. AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application; the datasheet is available on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use supply for the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining centre, giving clean, regulated air at the machine's 1/4 in air inlet.
Regulated air for the diverters, pushers and pick-and-place cylinders along a cartoning or case-packing conveyor, fed from a 1/4 in drop line off the shop main.
Filtered, pressure-controlled air to spray guns and air tools in an automotive body shop, where water and grit in the shop line would otherwise reach the finish.
Choose the size by the flow your line needs: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port size from 1/8 in to 1 in, and this 300 size carries a 1/4 in NPT port. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure is the default as fitted here, while automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are orderable in the same size. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauges come embedded square as standard with an optional external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round gauge reading psi. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) can be ordered instead. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your application - flow demand, working pressure and port size - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The differential-pressure drain is the default drain on this unit and discharges collected condensate without a manual drain fitting. If you prefer, automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drains can be ordered in the same 300 size.
