The AirTAC GFR300C15F3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series does two jobs in one body: a filter element strips water and particulate from the compressed air, and a regulator holds a set downstream pressure. This GFR300C15F3TK is the 300 size with NPT1/2 ports, the standard 40 um element and the differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected condensate when the pressure difference across the element rises. The set pressure is read on the embedded square gauge with a bar scale, a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold the downstream side if the supply drops, and the mounting bracket is included. Rated for -5 to 70 C non-freezing service and up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, with the regulator covering 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) on this drain type; the bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT to order, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and gauge or no-gauge builds. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your duty and we will read them from the datasheet.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-clamp and pallet-clamp circuits on a CNC machining centre, where the fitted check valve holds the downstream side if the shop supply dips mid-cycle.
Supplying the pick-and-place cylinders and box diverters on a packaging line, with the regulator set once at each drop so station pressure holds steady through the shift.
Mounted on the air-preparation panel of an assembly or test skid, cleaning shop air before it reaches the directional valves and setting circuit pressure from the bar-scale gauge.
Size and port rise together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 through 1 inch, so take the size whose flow curve covers your demand - this 300 lands on NPT1/2. Pick the drain to suit maintenance: M for hand draining, A for automatic discharge, or the differential-pressure default fitted here. Filtration is 40 um standard; order W for the 5 um element where downstream equipment needs finer protection. Gauges are offered with MPa, psi or bar scales (bar fitted here), PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options, and J omits the bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, send us your pressure and demand figures and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will read the curve for the 300 size from the datasheet and confirm the sizing with you before you order.
The code carries no drain letter, so this unit has the differential-pressure drain, the catalogue default: it discharges collected condensate when the pressure difference across the filter element rises. If your maintenance routine suits hand draining or you want automatic discharge instead, the M (manual) and A (automatic) variants of the same GFR300 size cover that.
