The AirTAC GFR300C15F3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint, all in one body. This configuration is sized to a 1/2 in NPT port, filters to 5 um (the finer of the two available grades), drains condensate by differential pressure, carries an embedded square gauge reading in bar, and includes a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the differential-pressure drain the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and check valve. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and check the sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a CNC machine tool's clamps, tool changer and actuator circuits, with the 5 um element protecting fine-clearance valves on a 1/2 in drop from the shop main.
Supplying directional valves and stopper or pusher cylinders on a bottling and carton-packing conveyor, holding a steady setpoint while the differential-pressure drain sheds condensate from the compressed air.
Mounted in a machine control panel as the single filter-regulator ahead of a solenoid valve manifold, with the bar-scale square gauge visible for setpoint checks and the reverse/check valve fitted in the circuit.
The real, decodable choices on a GFR300 are the port (here NPT1/2), the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with the W code - this unit takes the 5 um element), the drain (differential-pressure by default, with automatic or manual available), the gauge (embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, or an external round gauge), the thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), the bracket, and the reverse/check valve. Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow path your line needs. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing for your application before you order.
The W code selects the optional 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. The K code fits a reverse/check valve. Both are order choices on the GFR300; this unit also uses the differential-pressure drain and a square gauge reading in bar.
