The AirTAC GFR300C15JF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JF3WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT1/2 (1/2 in), carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), drains condensate by differential pressure into a polycarbonate bowl, and has no mounting bracket or reverse/check valve fitted. The standard regulator is set against the embedded square gauge, which reads in bar; an external round gauge is available as an option.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the regulation range for this configuration is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). We confirm flow and full datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning point for the pneumatic cylinders and clamps on a case-sealing machine: water and fine particles are stripped from the plant supply and header pressure is stepped down to the working pressure the machine's valves were set up for.
Feeding the diverter cylinders and poppet actuators along a conveyor sorting line, where one filter regulator per zone keeps the supply clean and holds a stable downstream pressure as zones switch load on and off.
Point-of-use conditioning for pneumatic pumps and valve manifolds on an analytical instrument bench, protecting sensitive components from condensed water and fine debris while trimming pressure to the instrument's set point.
Size and port are the first choice: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this unit sits at size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT thread (PT is the AirTAC standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order). Where a bowl is fitted you choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, suited to a steady supply with a varying pressure drop), automatic, or manual - note that the manual-drain version widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for the differential-pressure type. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as here. Gauges read MPa, psi or bar, embedded square or external round; brackets are optional.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, we do not quote a rated flow figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, required downstream pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
The standard element removes water and particulate down to 40 um, which suits general plant air. The W code on this unit filters to 5 um, giving finer protection for precision valves, cylinders and instruments. If your supply is already clean, the 40 um grade is the economical choice; where finer filtration matters, order the W grade as on this model.
