The AirTAC GFR300C15LC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15LC2K is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This size 300 unit carries a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port with PT thread as standard, the low-pressure type regulator for reduced-pressure circuits, a 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. The C2 code adds a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and the K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A filter regulator feeding pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture, where the circuit calls for reduced clamping pressure; the fitted check valve helps hold the downstream side if the supply line is vented.
Conditioning the air supply to carton-sealing or tray-forming heads on a packaging conveyor, removing water and scale from the shop air while holding a gentle, low regulated pressure on the actuator circuit.
Prepping compressed air for lab apparatus or low-pressure spray and coating stations, where clean, moisture-reduced air at a reduced setting protects the process from oversupply pressure and condensed water.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; this model sits at size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no operator attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits periodically attended stations. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate removal is required. This configuration is the low-pressure type, so confirm the set-pressure window for your circuit with us before ordering. Gauge scale is psi here; MPa and bar scales are available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no one l/min or SCFM figure we can quote honestly. Tell us your inlet pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so air will not back-flow out of the downstream circuit through the unit. This unit also uses the differential-pressure drain (the blank code): condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is vented automatically whenever the pressure differential across the filter is high enough, with no manual draining needed.
