Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed ahead of the spray and atomizing valves on a paint or coating line, it strips water and particulate from the shop air to 40 um and holds a low setpoint for the nozzles.
Feeding the cylinders and air grippers on a packaging conveyor, it keeps scale and water out of the directional valves while regulating the supply at a low-pressure setpoint.
On a press or converting line, the low-pressure regulator section supplies the tension rollers and hold-downs, with the 40 um element protecting the downstream pneumatic components.
Size and port step up together: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in ports, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check that against the datasheet on request. This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, which bleeds the bowl as the pressure differential rises; automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are orderable alternatives. Filtration is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer protection is needed.
