The AirTAC GFR300C15LC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LC2W is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-300 unit is equipped with PT1/2 (1/2 in) ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises, and a low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard line pressure. A round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure is readable at the unit, the bowl is metal, a mounting bracket is included, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with a 40 um standard element or the 5 um W element, manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the clamping cylinders of a press or fixture line where the workpiece calls for a gentler set pressure than the main header delivers; the low-pressure regulator type holds that reduced setting while the 5 um element keeps fine debris out of the clamp valves.
Mounted at the drop from the shop-air header into a packaging line, it strips water and fine particulate before the distribution manifold and lets the line set its own working pressure, with the psi gauge readable at the unit and the differential-pressure drain handling condensate between shifts.
Installed ahead of a weld cell's valve manifold, it filters and regulates the air feeding grippers and tooling actuators, protecting the cell's components from moisture carryover while the bracket holds the unit solidly at the point of use.
Size and port step up with required flow: this is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port, so check it against the air demand of the circuit it feeds. The 5 um element fitted here suits points that need finer particulate control than the 40 um standard grade; the coarser element is available if that is sufficient. Draining is differential-pressure as coded, but manual and automatic drains can be specified instead. The round gauge fitted here reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other options. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT available to order, and the bracket is included. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits set below standard pressure; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number such as l/min or SCFM. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check that this size-300, PT1/2 unit is the right step before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run below standard line pressure. Its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request rather than guess. If your circuit runs at ordinary line pressures instead, the standard-type GFR300 in the same size and port is the usual choice.
