The AirTAC GFR300C15LF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15LF2WG is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in one compact body. This unit is the 300 size with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The bowl is metal, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options; drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, low-pressure type and bracket choices let you match the unit to the line. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, pressure-set air to the capping and filling actuators on a beverage bottling line. The 5 um element strips water and particles before they reach the valves, the differential-pressure drain bleeds condensate as air flows, and the low-pressure type suits circuits that run below standard plant pressure.
Regulating supply air to pneumatic clamps on machining fixtures. Operators read the set point directly on the embedded square gauge in psi, and the metal bowl with differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the clamp cylinders without manual draining between cycles.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to diverters and pushers on a packaging conveyor. The included mounting bracket lets the unit sit on the panel near the point of use, and the G1/2 port matches the larger line feeding a busy packaging section.
Size and port set the air capacity: step up from 200 to 600 as your demand grows, and match the port (here G1/2) to your piping - PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available to order. This unit is already specified with the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, the differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a square gauge in psi, and the mounting bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application - port size, required downstream pressure and connected equipment - and we will confirm the flow and provide the full datasheet for this unit on request.
The W in the model code selects the 5 um filter element; the GFR standard grade is 40 um. Choose 5 um when downstream valves, instruments or processes need finer filtration than general plant air provides. If your line can tolerate the standard grade, the 40 um version of the same size is the usual choice.
