The AirTAC GFR300C15LJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This GFR300C15LJC2T is built in the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filtration element and a polycarbonate bowl with differential-pressure drain. It is the low-pressure regulator type, supplied with the external round gauge on a psi scale, without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 family is one of four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and can be ordered with manual or automatic drain, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), a reverse/check valve, a mounting bracket, and PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed ahead of the clamping circuit on a CNC machining cell, the unit strips water and particulate from shop air and holds the low regulated pressure the clamp cylinders are set up for, with the psi gauge giving a direct readout at the cell.
On a cartoning or wrapping line, the filter regulator conditions the air feeding pick-and-place cylinders and diverters, keeping moisture out of the valves and holding a steady low set pressure across the shift.
For a bench test rig or pilot line, the low-pressure type lets the operator run actuators at reduced supply pressure, with the round psi gauge reading in the same units the rig specification uses.
Size and port set the air capacity: the 300 size with its 1/2 in NPT port sits mid-range in the GFR line, above the 200 class and below the 400 and 600 sizes - match the step to the flow your line needs and we will confirm it against the published curves. This unit carries the 40 um standard element; choose the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. Drain is differential-pressure (the bowl drains as the pressure differential changes); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. The C2 code fits the external round gauge with psi scale; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread here is NPT - PT is the standard and G/NPT are catalogue options - and the J code means no mounting bracket is fitted. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves before you order.
It is the gauge code: C is the external round gauge and 2 is the psi scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and MPa (1) or bar (3) scales can be ordered instead. This unit is otherwise the low-pressure type with a 40 um element, a differential-pressure drain and no mounting bracket.
