The AirTAC GFR300C15LJC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LJC2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This configuration is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, the low-pressure type regulator, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Compressed air enters, water and particulate down to 40 um are removed and collected in the metal bowl, and the regulated outlet feeds your circuit at the reduced pressure you set. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT thread, and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds workholding clamps that are set at reduced pressure so delicate parts are held without crushing, while the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the clamp cylinders.
Sits at the drop from a plant air header to a packaging machine, removing condensate and particulate and letting the line set its own reduced working pressure locally.
Supplies filtered, reduced-pressure air to bench and pilot rigs where low set pressures are required and a check valve is wanted to hold the setting if supply pressure dips.
Size and port step up with air demand: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port; move to size 400 or 600 when the circuit needs more air, or down to 200 for compact drops. Because flow is published only as curves, not a single rating, ask us to check the curve against your consumption before ordering. The drain here is differential-pressure (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available if you prefer unattended or scheduled draining. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer protection is needed. The round gauge on this unit reads in psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this model (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm your set pressure with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air consumption and line pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet and check the curve against your application before you order.
It marks the low-pressure type of the regulator, intended for circuits set at reduced pressures. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so confirm your set pressure with us and we will verify suitability. For reference, standard-type GFR units adjust from 0.15-0.9 MPa with automatic or differential-pressure drain and 0.05-0.9 MPa with manual drain.
