The AirTAC GFR300C15LJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is built with a 1/2 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a polycarbonate bowl with differential-pressure drain, the standard 40 um filter element, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in bar, and a reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options that include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a packaging machine's cylinder and valve circuit: the filter section strips water and 40 um particulate while the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, stable supply for delicate sealing and forming actuators, with the bar gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Feeding actuators on a laboratory or pilot-scale skid where the supply must be filtered and regulated at low pressure; the built-in check valve keeps downstream pressure from bleeding back toward the regulator if the upstream supply dips.
Conditioning and pressure control for the air cylinders that divert or gate product on a conveyor line; the 1/2 in NPT port ties straight into the main drop leg, and the fitted gauge lets line staff verify the regulated pressure at a glance.
Size and port: the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port suits circuits plumbed at 1/2 in; step up to 400 or 600, or down to 200, depending on the air demand of the line - we can check the published flow curves against your requirement before you order. Drain: this unit carries the differential-pressure drain (the family default); automatic (A) and manual (M) versions can be specified instead. Filter grade: the 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um option where finer particulate capture is needed. Gauge: the fitted round gauge reads in bar; an embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales are the alternatives. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is built with NPT. The low-pressure regulator type and the reverse (check) valve are built in; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published, so confirm it with us. No mounting bracket is fitted; a bracket is available as an option.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: if upstream pressure falls, the valve holds the downstream setting instead of letting it bleed back through the regulator. The same unit can be ordered without the check valve by omitting the K.
