The AirTAC GFR300C15LJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LJF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This unit is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits that run below standard regulator settings; its exact adjustment range is not published, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request. It has a 1/2 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate automatically, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, and a built-in check valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. No mounting bracket is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge and thread options, and GFC two-unit or GC three-unit combinations if you need lubrication added. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a fixture-clamping manifold running at reduced pressure, this unit filters the air to 5 um and holds a low set pressure, while the built-in check valve keeps clamps from releasing if plant air is interrupted.
As point-of-use preparation ahead of a machining centre's tool-changer and drawbar actuators, it strips water and fine particulate and regulates the supply, with the square MPa gauge giving a local setpoint check at the machine.
Feeding a bank of diverter and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor, the 1/2 in port suits larger actuator groups and the differential-pressure drain removes condensate automatically without stopping the line for bowl draining.
The choices on this series are all decodable from the code, so check them against your circuit before ordering. Step the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) against the flow your actuators need. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit) for automatic condensate discharge, automatic for continuous draining, or manual where you want operator control. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer protection is needed - this unit carries the 5 um grade. Pick the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and standard vs low-pressure regulation, and decide whether the check valve (K) and bracket (J) are wanted - this unit has the check valve and no bracket. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your upstream pressure and the flow your actuators need, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. It holds pressure in the downstream circuit if the upstream supply is interrupted, which matters for clamps, grippers and any circuit that must not vent when plant air drops. Units ordered without K have no check function.
