The AirTAC GFR300C15LJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration takes a G1/2 (BSPP) port, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) in place of the 40 um standard, drains the polycarbonate (PC) bowl by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied with the embedded square gauge scaled in psi and a built-in reverse/check valve, with no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and each size can be ordered with a different filter grade, drain type, gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket choice. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating air to the clutch and counterbalance cylinders of a mechanical punch press, where a low, stable set pressure must be held downstream of the main air drop.
Feeding clean, regulated air to the flap-fold and taping cylinders on a corrugated carton sealing conveyor, with the 5 um element keeping spool valves on the line from fouling.
Supplying regulated low-pressure air to benchtop sample-handling actuators in a lab automation cell, with the psi-scaled square gauge letting technicians read set points directly.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port; step up to size 400 or 600 when the line needs more flow, and match the port to your piping. Filter grade is 5 um here (code W); the 40 um standard element suits general shop air, while 5 um protects valves, cylinders and instruments. Drain is differential-pressure, which bleeds the bowl automatically as flow varies; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. The embedded square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge can be ordered. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the standard and NPT is an option. No bracket is fitted on this code. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Rated flow for the GFR300 is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single number, so we do not quote a rated figure. Send us your line pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for this G1/2 unit on request.
The L code makes the regulator the low-pressure type instead of the standard version. A standard GFR with this differential-pressure drain adjusts across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); the exact set range of the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request.
