The AirTAC GFR300C15LNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15LNT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 300 unit is fitted with a 1/2 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator variant, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. Filtration is the standard 40 um grade. No gauge is fitted (code N), so downstream pressure is read at the point of use unless a gauge is added; a mounting bracket is included for panel or wall fixing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the low-pressure regulator variant holds a reduced working pressure for the tooling and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the cylinder valves.
Conditioning shop compressed air before it enters a lab or test-bench manifold, removing water and 40 um particulate ahead of sensitive instruments and regulating the supply at the lower pressures such rigs run at.
Supplying air to diverters, stoppers and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where a single filter regulator at the line drop protects the actuators and holds a steady, reduced pressure for gentle product handling.
Start with the port and size step: GFR300 in 1/2 in NPT suits lines where the required flow sits in the middle of the G-series range; step up to size 400 or 600 for higher demand, or down to 200 for compact circuits. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, so choose it where the controlled pressure is below the standard regulator's range; the exact low-pressure range is not published, so confirm it with us. The differential-pressure drain is fitted here; automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drains are alternatives if your duty cycle or maintenance routine calls for them. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (code W) for finer protection. No gauge is fitted (code N); gauge and scale options exist if you want a local pressure readout. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so we cannot quote one number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application - supply pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N in GFR300C15LNT means no gauge is fitted, so downstream pressure must be read elsewhere. If you want a local readout, the GFR range can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Ask us to quote the equivalent code with the gauge option you need.
