The AirTAC GFR300C15MC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MC2WG is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one body. This configuration is built around a G1/2 port, the fine 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl, a standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and a round pressure gauge with a psi scale fitted on this variant. A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, a 40 um standard or 5 um element, G or NPT thread alongside the PT standard, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a CNC machine tool's pneumatic circuits - tool changers, clamps and chips-ejection cylinders get air stripped of water and grit and held at the pressure the machine builder specifies, with the 5 um element protecting fine valve internals.
Feeding carton sealers, case erectors and wrap arms on a packaging line, where a stable regulated supply keeps cycle behavior consistent through the shift and the manual drain lets maintenance empty the bowl during scheduled rounds.
Upstream conditioning for a bank of pneumatic directional control valves on an assembly or material-handling station: the 5 um grade guards valve spools and seals against particulate, while the regulator sets the manifold pressure and the psi gauge gives operators a local reading.
Size and port: this is a 300-size unit with a G1/2 port, suited to circuits plumbed at 1/2 inch; step to 200, 400 or 600 depending on the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Drain: the manual drain means the metal bowl is emptied by hand at intervals; choose automatic or differential-pressure draining if the installation runs unattended. Filter grade: this variant carries the 5 um (W) element; the 40 um standard element is the alternative where coarser filtration is acceptable. Gauge: a round gauge with psi scale is fitted; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue choices. Thread: this unit is G-threaded; PT is the standard and NPT is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for the 300 size at your operating conditions before you order.
The M in the code means the metal bowl is drained by hand, which suits attended installations with regular maintenance rounds. If the unit will sit unattended, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variant instead; note that the manual-drain version also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
