The AirTAC GFR300C15MC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MC3WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a standard-range regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7 to 130 psi), and an external round pressure gauge scaled in bar. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT, G(BSPP) or NPT thread, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and a choice of gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of a pneumatic press or clamp station: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate, then the regulator lets the setter dial in the working pressure the tooling needs.
Feeds filtered, regulated air to tool-change cylinders, clamps and air-blast nozzles on a CNC machining centre, with the manual drain opened during scheduled checks to clear collected condensate.
Conditions the supply to pick-and-place cylinders, diverters and seal jaws on a packaging conveyor, keeping the circuit air clean and at a stable set pressure across the shift.
Within GFR300 the real choices are the port (NPT 1/2 in on this unit), the filter element (5 um fitted here versus the 40 um standard), the drain (manual here; automatic and differential-pressure are available), the gauge (external round with bar scale here; an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the alternative), and the thread family (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options). A mounting bracket is included. Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow step your line needs.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, we do not state a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application requires, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
W selects the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer particulate removal, and M selects a manual drain, which you open by hand to expel collected water; with a manual drain the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you would rather not drain by hand.
