The AirTAC GFR300C15MF2WTK AirTAC 5 um Filter Regulator 1/2 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 300 configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, an embedded square gauge with psi scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with the manual drain, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Size 300 units use a polycarbonate (PC) bowl; aluminium alloy bowls are used on size 600.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, plus a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioned, regulated air for pneumatic fixture clamps and part-ejection cylinders on a machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting clamp valves from particulate carryover.
A regulated air drop feeding the sealing heads, flap folders and reject pushers on a case-packing conveyor, held at set pressure despite upstream fluctuations.
Filter regulation at the point of use for cylinder-driven clamping, gripping and eject stations in an assembly cell, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if supply dips.
Size and port step up from 200 to 600 (1/8 to 1 in). Pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand - AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rating, so send us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the curve against your application on request. This unit is configured with a manual drain, which suits attended cells and lines with regular shutdowns; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. The 5 um element (code W) gives finer particulate capture than the 40 um standard where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. The embedded square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
A manual drain means an operator opens the drain at maintenance intervals, which suits attended cells and lines with regular shutdowns. The same GFR300 body is available with automatic or differential-pressure drains for unattended installations. Note that the manual-drain version also widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), versus 0.15-0.9 MPa with automatic or differential-pressure drains.
