The AirTAC GFR300C15MJC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MJC1T is a size 300 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. A mounting bracket is not included with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR300 series. The GFR line is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades, gauges and thread options, and we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the air feed to a workshop pneumatic press, it filters condensed water and swarf from the shop supply and holds a steady regulated pressure so the press cylinder cycles consistently.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a packaging conveyor, it cleans the incoming air and keeps actuator pressure stable so clamps and pushers stroke with repeatable force.
Fitted at the drop of an assembly bench, it removes water and pipe scale before the tools and lets the operator set and read the working pressure on the round MPa gauge.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines that need more flow than the smaller 200 and 300-port steps, but sizing against a single rated number is not possible here: flow is published as curves, not a rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The manual drain on this unit must be opened by hand to empty the bowl - choose the automatic drain variant if the installation is unattended. The standard 40 um element covers general air preparation; a 5 um element (code W) is available for finer protection. The round MPa gauge is fitted; square embedded gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives. NPT is the thread on this code; PT and G (BSPP) are order options, and a bracket can be added if panel or wall mounting is needed.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl must be emptied by hand. It suits attended installations where someone can drain regularly. For unattended or hard-to-reach positions, choose the automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (the default) instead.
