The AirTAC GFR300C15MJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This unit is built with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element for finer contaminant capture than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain on the bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. A reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The size 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC); only size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application and we will provide the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates the compressed air feeding a machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders, with the 5 um element protecting the machine's directional valves from fine contamination.
Provides filtered, regulated air to pick-and-place cylinders and sealing jaws on a cartoning or bottling line, with the check valve helping hold downstream pressure during compressor unload events.
Supplies clean, regulated air to pilot valves and positioners on a control panel, where the 5 um grade and the round MPa gauge support accurate set-and-verify regulation at the panel.
Size and port step up with air demand: this 300-size unit carries a 1/2 in NPT port; step down to 200 for compact lines or up to 400/600 for larger circuits. Drain type matters: manual drains need periodic bleeding, automatic drains suit unattended installations, and the differential-pressure default suits steady duty - this unit uses a manual drain. Filter grade: 40 um is standard protection, while the 5 um element fitted here suits finer applications such as pilot valves and instruments. Gauges come as an embedded square gauge as standard with an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional; this unit is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details - port size, downstream demand and working pressure - and we will confirm sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
This unit is coded M for manual drain: open the drain periodically to bleed off collected water and contaminants. If your compressor runs unattended or the unit is mounted in a hard-to-reach spot, the same GFR300 series is available with automatic (code A) or differential-pressure (blank) drains - ask us for those variants.
