The AirTAC GFR300C15MJC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJC2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is a G1/2 (1/2 in) ported unit with a manual drain, 40 um standard filtration element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding workpiece clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit if supply pressure dips.
Conditioning the air supply to carton-sealers, case erectors and wrap-arm cylinders along a packaging conveyor, where water and debris in the line cause sticky valves.
Point-of-use filter regulation at a take-off from the factory air ring main, protecting downstream directional valves and air cylinders fed at a set pressure.
Match the size and port to the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 (1/2 in) port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type matters: manual drain (as here) needs an operator to bleed the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate unattended - the manual-drain version also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - psi here), thread (PT standard; G or NPT to order) and bracket are all decodable choices. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request.
Code M is a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl must be bled off by an operator at intervals. If you want unattended discharge, the GFR300 is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains. Note that the manual-drain version carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
