The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, and a standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, and gauge choices. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A point-of-use filter regulator on the air drop feeding a CNC machining centre, removing condensed water and particulate before the supply reaches tool clamps and pneumatic actuators, with the outlet pressure set and watched on the MPa gauge.
Conditioning the air feeding pick-and-place cylinders and product diverters on a bottling or cartoning conveyor, where the manual-drain bowl is emptied as part of routine shift checks and the regulator holds a steady setting for consistent cylinder stroke behaviour.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamping fixtures on an appliance assembly line, where the 1/2 in port suits the header feed and the square MPa gauge lets technicians set and verify the clamping pressure at the fixture.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in port sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to 400 or 600, or down to 200, as your circuit's flow demand dictates. Choose the drain to suit maintenance: this unit's manual drain (M) needs periodic bowl draining, while automatic (A) and differential-pressure (default) versions are available in the family - note the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options; a bracket can be added if required (this unit is specified without one, code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote for this unit. Tell us your application and working conditions and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: accumulated condensate in the bowl must be drained periodically by hand. The GFR family also offers automatic (A) and differential-pressure (default) drains. Note that the regulator adjustment range depends on drain type: manual-drain units adjust from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure versions adjust from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
