The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJF2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain bowl, and a square pressure gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, and optional brackets. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming or wrapping line, with the manual drain bled down at each shift check.
Regulating supply pressure to conveyor stopper and clamp cylinders on an assembly line, with the 40 um element protecting seals from water and scale carryover.
A point-of-use filter regulator at a maintenance bench, letting technicians set tool supply pressure on the psi gauge while the check valve holds the downstream setting.
Size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines where the required flow sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to size 400/600 or down to 200 if your flow curve demands it. This code fixes the manual drain (simple twist-bleed maintenance, and it widens the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi), the 40 um standard element (choose 5 um, code W, only if downstream equipment needs finer filtration), the square psi gauge, and the fitted reverse/check valve. Thread here is NPT; PT is the AirTAC standard and G is also available to order. No bracket is included in this configuration. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as characteristic curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
M is the manual drain: moisture collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by hand, which suits duties with regular operator checks and also allows the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulator adjustment range. The trailing K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, holding the downstream setting if upstream supply is lost.
