The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This unit is built with a G1/2 port, a 5 um filter element, a manual drain and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The embedded square gauge reads in psi, the bowl is metal, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element helps protect solenoid valves and the regulator holds the supply at the pressure the machine builder specifies.
Conditioning air for gripper and clamp cylinders on a bottling line, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks and the psi gauge giving operators a familiar readout at the setpoint.
Regulating filtered air to diverter and stopper cylinders along a packaging conveyor, where steady downstream pressure keeps indexing consistent between stations.
Choose the size and port against the air your line actually consumes: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port. Pick the drain to suit your maintenance routine - a manual drain, as fitted here, is emptied by hand and carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range, while automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations and are set between 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Filtration is 5 um on this unit; 40 um is the standard element where finer filtration is not required. The square gauge is supplied in psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. Threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT, and brackets are optional.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - working pressure and the air your equipment consumes - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine checks. A manual-drain filter regulator also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are set between 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
