The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF3WT is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (one step finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the bowl, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain type, filter grade and gauge scale, and the size 300 bowl is polycarbonate. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the shop-air drop that feeds tool changers, clamps and air blast on a machining centre, with the 5 um element catching fine scale before it reaches the valves.
Conditioning the air feeding cylinders and diverters on a carton packing conveyor, where the manual drain suits a line shut down and drained at shift end.
Supplying filtered, steady low-pressure air to bench analysers and sample-handling pneumatics, with the bar-scale gauge matching the instrument's own pressure readout.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and air demand grow; this unit is the size 300 step with a 1/2 in NPT port. Choose the drain to match access: manual (this unit) needs someone to open the drain, automatic drains on a cycle, and differential-pressure drains when the bowl is hard to reach. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um (this unit) for finer downstream cleanliness. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar - this unit reads bar - and an external round gauge is available where the embedded square gauge is hard to see. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket can be ordered where this no-bracket version is not enough. Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for your application on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: someone opens the bowl drain to release collected water. The same GFR300 body can be ordered with an automatic drain or the default differential-pressure drain, so choose manual only where the unit is accessible and drained as part of a routine.
