The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF3WTK is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 1/2 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a built-in reverse/check valve, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with this manual-drain version, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from particulate and the bar gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Pressure regulation and water removal for the cylinders that divert, clamp and eject packs on a packaging conveyor line, where the manual drain suits a station an operator passes during each shift.
Filtered, regulated air for the pick-and-place grippers and stopper gates on a bottling line, with the built-in check valve holding the downstream circuit against backflow when upstream supply dips.
Start with the port step: size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines plumbed at 1/2 in, while smaller or larger duties step to sizes 200, 400 or 600. Choose the drain to match access: this unit has a manual drain, which needs someone to bleed the bowl periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer choice over the 40 um standard where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. The square gauge here reads in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives, and PT or G threads can be ordered instead of NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand, which suits stations that are checked regularly. If the installation is unattended or condensate loads are heavy, the same series can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank) instead.
