The AirTAC GFR300C15MJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/2 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJNTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is tapped 1/2 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and has a manual-drain PC (polycarbonate) bowl. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a gauge and without a mounting bracket.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G and NPT thread options, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um optional element (code W), gauge options and bracket choices. For this manual-drain unit the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the cylinders and grippers that form, fill and seal cartons, with the check valve holding set pressure while upstream supply fluctuates.
A filtered, regulated feed to the machine's pneumatic valves and tool-change actuators, protecting them from water and swarf-laden shop air at the 1/2 in drop.
Supplying the diverters, stoppers and pushers along a sorting conveyor, where a stable set pressure keeps actuator timing consistent through the shift.
Start with size and port: the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines plumbed at 1/2 in, and the next size step (400) or a smaller one (200) changes the port and the flow capacity, which we confirm against your demand before ordering. Choose the drain: this unit is manual (code M), so the bowl is drained by hand; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) versions are available if you cannot rely on routine draining. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate removal matters. A gauge can be added as an option with square or round style and MPa, psi or bar scale - this unit ships without one (code N). Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket can be specified; this unit is supplied without one (code J), and the fitted check valve (K) holds downstream pressure. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
M is the manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand as part of routine maintenance, rather than automatically. N means no gauge is fitted, so add a gauge option (square or round, with MPa, psi or bar scale) if you want to read the regulated pressure at the unit.
