The AirTAC GFR300C15MJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MJNWT is a 300-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is threaded NPT1/2 (1/2 in), carries a fine 5 um filter element, and uses a manual drain, so an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the metal bowl to expel collected condensate. The standard regulator covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), no gauge is fitted, and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge or no-gauge builds. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the shop-air feed to a machining centre's clamping fixtures, with the 5 um element protecting tight-tolerance clamping valves from particulate and the manual drain clearing accumulated condensate during shift checks.
Condition and set pressure for the air cylinders that stop, divert and eject packs on a conveyor line, giving the actuators a stable, water- and particle-controlled supply at a pressure the line supervisor sets and locks in.
Serve as the conditioning point at a bench drop in an assembly plant, filtering the compressed air before it reaches hand tools and small cylinders and letting each station run its own regulated pressure independent of the header.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT thread, so match it to your line size and let the required air demand drive whether 300 is the right step versus 200 or 400 - we can confirm flow against the published curves before you order. On filtration, 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (this unit, code W) suits finer downstream needs; on drainage, manual means a scheduled operator drain, while automatic and differential-pressure types discharge without intervention. Note this build has no gauge fitted, no bracket, and no reverse/check valve; a gauge, bracket and PT or G thread variants are available as separate order options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: condensate collects in the metal bowl until an operator opens the drain to release it. If you cannot schedule that check, the same 300-size filter regulator is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain as a different order code.
