The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced pressure (the exact setting range is not published - we confirm it on request). It filters to 5 um, drains by hand via the manual drain screw on the polycarbonate bowl, and carries a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The ports are 1/2 in NPT thread, a reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application - we will send the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and hold reduced pressure on a fixture-clamping circuit that runs below standard shop-air settings, with the 5 um element protecting the clamp cylinders' seals and control valves from water and fine debris.
Condition the air feeding sealing and pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging conveyor, cleaning and regulating the 1/2 in supply before it branches out to the actuators along the line.
Give a machining centre's pneumatic circuits clean, regulated air at a set point read directly off the round MPa gauge, with manual drain-down of collected condensate during scheduled maintenance.
Size 300 with 1/2 in ports sits mid-range in the GFR line: step up to 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow, or down to 200 for compact circuits - match the size to the flow your line needs. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, so choose it where the circuit runs below standard regulator settings; we confirm the exact range on request. It carries the tighter 5 um filter grade (40 um is the standard option), drains manually, and its round gauge reads in MPa, with psi and bar scales available to order. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A bracket is included and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your working pressure and the flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration drains the bowl by hand, so someone needs to open the drain periodically to remove collected condensate. If the unit will be mounted where routine access is difficult, an automatic-drain version of the same GFR300 filter regulator can be ordered instead.
