The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2 is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This unit is built for a 1/2 in PT port, is the low-pressure type intended for circuits that run below the standard regulator range, and carries a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, a round gauge scaled in psi, a metal bowl and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the range for automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT threads, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding atomizing air to spray guns and coating heads on a finishing line, where the regulator sets the reduced pressure the process calls for and the 40 um element keeps water and pipe scale out of the finish.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and actuators on a cartoning or case-packing line; the manual drain suits a machine that is attended each shift and can be drained as part of start-up checks.
On a lab or pilot rig running air circuits below the standard regulator range, the low-pressure type is the variant intended for that duty, with the psi-scaled round gauge reading directly in the unit used on the bench.
Choose the size by the flow your line needs: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, and this 300 sits at 1/2 in PT. Decide the drain first - manual (this unit) means the bowl is drained by hand on a schedule, while automatic or differential-pressure draining suits unattended installations. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauges can be embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this configuration carries a round psi gauge. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available to order, and the bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a number here. Send us your application and we will confirm sizing and the adjustment range of the low-pressure type from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line conditions and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet against your application, on request.
M is the manual-drain code: condensate collected in the bowl is drained by hand at intervals rather than automatically. It suits installations that are attended regularly; if the unit will run unattended, the same GFR300 size is available with automatic or differential-pressure draining.
