The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in one body: air first passes through a 40 um element that strips out water and particulate, then through the integrated regulator. This size 300 unit is configured with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, a manual drain, the low-pressure regulator type (its exact adjustment range is not published - we confirm it on request), a round gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. The bowl on this configuration is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GFR range spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, offered with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to low-pressure clamping fixtures on a CNC machining cell, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated water from the bowl at shift start.
Supplying filter-regulated air to cylinder-driven diverters and pushers on a packaging conveyor line, with the fitted psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint check.
Conditioning shop air for bench-top and pilot-scale process test rigs that run at reduced pressure, where the fitted check valve prevents backflow through the unit.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port; step up to size 400 or 600 when the line needs more air, or down to 200 for compact circuits - match the size against the flow curve, not a single number. The drain choice matters: manual (this unit) needs periodic draining by hand, automatic drains without attention, and the differential-pressure default drains on a set pressure drop. The 40 um element is standard; specify 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, so confirm its adjustment range with us if your circuit runs near standard line pressure. The fitted round gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales are alternatives, and an embedded square gauge is the standard option. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and NPT orderable. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for GFR300C15MLC2GK on request.
This unit is coded M for a manual drain: an operator opens the drain to expel collected water from the bowl. If the installation is not visited regularly, the same GFR300 series is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure default - ask us to quote the variant.
