The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLC2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, built for circuits that must run well below full line pressure. It has a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain on the metal bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the family include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads in addition to the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a woodworking or metalworking press, this unit cleans the shop air and holds a reduced, stable supply to clamping cylinders that must not see full line pressure, with the psi gauge giving a clear setpoint.
Supplying spray guns and atomising nozzles in a paint booth, where the air must be stripped of water and particles and regulated down to the low pressures the gun is set up for.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to carton-sealing and wrapping machines, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks and the round psi gauge letting operators verify the setting at a glance.
Size steps with demand: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 carry ports from 1/8 to 1 in, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your air consumption - we can check the curve against your application on request. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs operator attention, while automatic and differential-pressure drains bleed condensate on their own. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. This code is the low-pressure type, so confirm your working pressure band before ordering. The gauge here is the round, psi-scale version; PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included on this code.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in this code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by opening the drain by hand, which suits lines checked as part of a routine. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants exist in the same family if you would rather not rely on operator attention.
