The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2WG is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on the GFR300 size with a G1/2 (BSPP) female port, the 5 um W-grade filter element (finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the metal bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, includes a mounting bracket, and has no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options for drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT as the family standard, with G and NPT available to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clamping cylinders on a machining fixture where the air must be filtered down to 5 um and held at a low, stable regulated pressure for consistent part seating cycle after cycle.
Supplies filtered, low-pressure regulated air to spray guns and atomizing lines in a paint or coating booth, keeping moisture and fine particles out of the finish.
Pilots process valves on a water-treatment or chemical dosing skid where the actuation air is regulated well below normal line pressure and must stay clean and dry.
Within the GFR line, step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and air demand grow; this unit sits at size 300 with a 1/2 inch G-thread port. Choose the drain that suits your maintenance routine: manual (as here, the bowl is drained by hand), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Pick the 40 um standard element for general protection or the 5 um W grade, as fitted here, for finer downstream cleanliness. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included. Note that the regulator in this configuration is the low-pressure type; its exact setting range is not published in the figures we can state, so we confirm it on request. AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, port size and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application before you order.
This unit carries the W-grade 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. The finer grade suits downstream equipment such as spray guns, instrumentation and precision cylinders that tolerate less particulate, while the 40 um element remains the right choice for general plant air. Both grades are available across the GFR family.
