The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLC3T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration takes a 1/2 in NPT thread, drains the bowl manually (the M in the code), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and is built as the low-pressure regulator type. It comes with the external round gauge on a bar scale and a mounting bracket, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um element (code W) where finer filtration is needed, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads as order options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and hold-down cylinders on a machining or assembly fixture: the filter stage strips compressor water and pipe scale before they reach the clamps, while the low-pressure regulator holds the clamping circuit at the set pressure the fixture was designed around.
Supplying divert, push and ejection cylinders on a packaging or bottling line. The manual drain suits lines with scheduled changeover checks, and the bar-scaled round gauge lets an operator read the line set point at a glance.
Providing regulated air to bench-top test rigs and lab automation, where a low regulated set point and a directly readable bar gauge matter more than high flow. The 40 um element protects the valves and instruments connected to the rig.
Size and port step up with air demand: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, and if your consumption sits near the top of a size's flow curve the next size up is the safer pick. Drain choice matters in daily use: this code has a manual drain (M), which you open during maintenance checks; automatic (A) drains condensate by itself and the differential-pressure drain (no code) is the default. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify code W for 5 um where finer downstream protection is needed. The fitted round gauge reads in bar, with MPa and psi scales as alternatives and the embedded square gauge as the standard option. Threads come as PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It is the drain code: this unit has a manual drain, so condensate collects in the bowl until you open the drain during a maintenance check. If you would rather not rely on scheduled draining, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (no code), and we can quote the alternative.
