The AirTAC GFR300C15MLF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLF2G is a GFR300-series filter regulator: a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a G1/2 (BSPP) port. This configuration has a metal bowl with a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a mounting bracket included, and no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns in a paint booth, where the filter strips water and compressor carryover from the air line and the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, repeatable pressure setting at the gun.
Supplying a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture: the 40 um element protects valve and cylinder seals from water and debris, and the regulator sets the clamping force through air pressure.
Air preparation for cylinder and vacuum actuators on a packaging conveyor, with the square psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint and the manual drain emptied at shift checks.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port, and the series steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as ports and flow capacity rise. Drain type is a real choice: this model uses a manual drain, which you operate periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains suit installations that cannot be attended. Filter grade is 40 um as standard here; specify code W for the 5 um element where finer particulate removal is needed. The L in the code selects the low-pressure regulator type, intended where the regulated pressure sits below the standard band; the exact range is not published, so confirm it with us. The gauge is the embedded square type with a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and G and NPT as order options, and the mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: collected water is released by operating the drain by hand at regular intervals. If the unit will be mounted where it cannot be attended, ask about the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same series.
