The AirTAC GFR300C15MLF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLF2GK is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1/2 (BSPP) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain bowl in metal, a low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. It handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale, thread option and low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, where the low-pressure regulator type holds a gentle, repeatable clamp force and the 40 um element protects the valve stack.
Feeds clean, pressure-controlled air to the pick-and-place and capping heads on a bottling line, with the manual drain allowing bowl checks during scheduled line clean-downs.
Provides filtered, low-pressure pilot supply to pneumatic positioners and control valves on a process skid, with the reverse/check valve helping hold the setpoint against supply-side disturbance.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port, one step up from the 1/4 and 3/8 sizes and one step below the 3/4 size. The 40 um element suits general workshop air; specify the 5 um (W) grade where finer particulate removal is needed. The manual drain on this model means an operator opens the bowl drain during checks - choose automatic or differential-pressure drain if the unit will sit where regular manual draining is impractical. The low-pressure regulator type is intended for circuits controlled well below the standard range; the exact low-pressure range is not published, so confirm it with us. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is an option. Thread is G (BSPP) on this model; PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are order options. A bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this model on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance checks. If the unit will be installed where regular draining is impractical, the same GFR300 size is available with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - ask us for those variants.
