The AirTAC GFR300C15MLF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one unit both cleans the compressed air and holds a steady downstream pressure. This GFR300C15MLF3T is the size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, built as the low-pressure type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures, with a manual drain on the metal bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a mounting bracket included. No reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, a 5 um element (code W), MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the standard PT, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp cylinders on a fabrication press with cleaned air held at a low, stable set pressure, so parts stay gripped without over-clamping.
Supplying filtered, low-pressure air to a laboratory leak or endurance test rig where the set point must stay steady while instruments take readings.
Providing clean, regulated low-pressure pilot air to diaphragm control valves on a process skid, with the square bar gauge giving a direct local read.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to size 400 or 600 for heavier demand, or down to 200 for compact circuits. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, which you open by hand to empty collected water from the metal bowl; automatic or differential-pressure draining can be ordered instead if the unit is hard to reach. The 40 um element is the standard grade; order the W variant for 5 um filtration. The gauge here is the embedded square type scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales, and an external round gauge, are options. PT is the AirTAC standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are order options - this unit carries NPT. Bracket included. The set-pressure range of the low-pressure type is not published as a single figure, so confirm the span with us. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to check the sizing against your air consumption before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: you open it by hand to discharge collected water from the metal bowl. If the unit sits where it cannot be reached regularly, the same size 300 filter regulator can be ordered with automatic or differential-pressure draining instead. The 40 um element is standard; a 5 um element is available as code W.
