The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJC2WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit is tapped NPT1/2 (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), carries the 5 um filter element (the W option; 40 um is standard), drains by hand through its manual drain, and is built as the low-pressure regulator type with a metal bowl. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The gauge fitted is the round external type scaled in psi; no reverse/check valve and no mounting bracket are fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure-regulated air to pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from fine swarf carried in shop air.
A take-off point feeding grippers and pusher cylinders on a carton packing conveyor, where the manual drain lets the line operator bleed accumulated water from the bowl at shift start.
Instrument air for a bench test rig that runs its pneumatic circuit at low setpoints, with the psi-scaled round gauge giving a direct readout in the units the rig's log sheet already uses.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: 300 sits in the mid range of the GFR line, and this unit is tapped NPT1/2 - if your pipework is PT or G(BSPP), order that thread suffix instead. The 5 um element (code W) suits circuits more sensitive to fine particulate than the 40 um standard grade. The manual drain means an operator bleeds the bowl periodically; an automatic or differential-pressure drain would handle condensate without attention. The gauge here is the round external type scaled in psi, with embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales as alternatives. This is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact setpoint range is not published - we confirm it on request. No bracket and no reverse/check valve are fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and upstream pressure and we will read the GFR300 curve and confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.
The M code in GFR300C15MLJC2WT means the bowl is drained by hand: open the drain at the bottom of the metal bowl periodically to bleed off collected water. If unattended draining matters, the same GFR300 filter regulator in 1/2 inch can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
